The C.202 Folgore was the most successful Italian fighter in WWII. The "inverted" liquid cooled V-12 engine's thrust line was set close to the wing center line for exceptional high speed maneuferability. Due to limited production it never achieved its full potential.

 

 THE KIT

This is one bird we couldn't pass up as one of our short kits. The prototype went together easy due to the ease of short kit construction. If you are looking for a pylon winner or just a good looking aircraft with which to tear up the sky, try this one.
